Griffin Electric Donates Backpacks

August 30, 2019 -   Griffin Electric, the Holliston-based leading electrical contractor, has once again demonstrated support for the Holliston community with a generous donation of backpacks to Holliston Pantry Shelf families.   Griffin Electric employees purchased the age-appropriate backpacks and school supplies, which were then distributed to Holliston children ranging in age from pre-school to high school.

“The Holliston Pantry Shelf community is truly amazed by the generosity of Griffin Electric and its employees,” said Steve Bradford, President of Holliston Pantry Shelf.   “Holliston families that are struggling financially are so grateful to receive brand new backpacks with all the necessary school supplies.  Griffin Electric’s backpack initiative makes a real difference for parents and children in our community.”

Griffin Electric’s leadership and employees joined together to make this project a success.

“It is our privilege to participate in this program for six years now,” said Wayne Griffin, President of Griffin Electric. “I’m truly proud of all the Griffin employees who generously contributed to make brand new backpacks and quality school supplies available to area children in need.”
